There are a total of 16 lots as shown on the attached plan. Each of the lots comes complete with the attached marina and an architectural concept design for the residence.Having selected a site, the purchasers may then develop and detail the design to their own requirements in conjunction with the architect.
The residence will then be completed and delivered to the purchaser by an expert team from Maltby & Partners, quantity surveyors and project managers.
